The Fault Predictor client program offers you a very easy to understand overview of predicted faults in your system. All the predictable fault areas are marked on your process diagram. This means you will get the bigger picture and know exactly what components and areas in your process that are under fault prediction. You have a clear color coding that represents if the fault is predicted less than 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 3+ months.

Technology

Fault Predictor uses advanced prediction algorithms to determine if a fault is about to occur. Fault models of your process are derived and adapted to your unique system. Fault Predictor will then take live inputs from your sensors and always compare them with internal fault models. When the data either deviates from the healthy model, or resembles the faulty model, a fault prediction is made.

Installation

Fault Predictor takes in live data from your data server and evaluates them with advanced fault prediction algorithms. The predictions are done either on a locally installed server or our cloud servers, whichever you prefer. The information is then passed over to your Fault Predictor desktop program and a notification, based on your preferences, is sent to you via e-mail and/or SMS.

Quality Evaluation

The prediction quality is dependent on different parameters, including your data collection. To make sure we can provide you a satisfactory prediction we offer a quality test. Here we use your historical data and run them through our system. We divide your data into test data and validation data to check the prediction quality.
