This option will upload the PumpOptimizer program to your current controller hardware platform. This is a common option in DCS and SCADA systems. To ensure peace of mind we also implement a quick switch program that lets you return to your old controller, whenever you wish.
Plugged into Your Network
Here PumpOptimizer comes with dedicated hardware which is plugged into your DCS or SCADA network. We use hardware from internationally recognized vendors, so that we follow industry standards providing you with hardware that is safe, robust, and compatible with your system.

A mathematical model of your system is derived so we can document the effects of the new controller.
We propose two types of controllers. One type that is based on simpler control techniques, that are already implemented in your current system, and another type that is based on Advanced Process Control techniques.

From the documentation you can input the tuned variables and instantly gain greater benefits from your current controller without any additional installations. We are sure that when you see these benefits, you will get eager to advance to even better controllers.
3. Advanced Process Control
PumpOptimizer will be integrated into your SCADA or DCS. You will have a control system that makes sure your pumps can make your process all that it can be, giving your equipment longer life span, making them energy efficient, and getting the most out of your process.
